The guide also brought a go pro camera and took lots of photos so we didn't have to feel bad about leaving our phones in the lockers. Highly reccommend!”

Food markets and clothes stalls were out as well adding to the fun! So much food to sample and view :) Geneva tour was great we took the train around the city to soak up the main site: Jet d’eau, flower clock, united nations building, broken chair, St Paul’s cathedral etc. Then had a cruise…”

“Our meeting time at the Basel SBB was 0845. My wife and I were at the meeting point from 0830 to 0900. The guide did not show. We called Viator and the rep told us to rebook the trip for the next day. But, we already had plans. So, he told us put in for a refund. I put in for a refund and was denied within the hour - no basis given. In the meantime, Viator emailed by at 0925 saying the tour guide was at the meet point, but we had already left on our own. I am working with my credit card company to file a claim.”

“The cruise was excellent and I would recommend it. Very relaxing, Elijah would take beautiful pictures and use your perspective of the city. You can’t get walking around. The brakes on the bus were very good. It allows some sightseeing. I would’ve liked one more break and a little bit more walking just for pictures because it’s very difficult to take pictures on the bus and if you’re sitting on the wrong side of the bus, you may miss the scenery.”
