I have payed for my tour, and I’ve drove a long way to the pick up location that the cooperator asked me to choose. They sent me confirmation email saying that meeting time 7:45-8:00am in the lobby, then changed the time 7:45am in front of the door. I was there at the hotel which was the meeting point at 7:40am, until 8:00am , no body had came to me, and nobody contacted…”

With this change we were unable to meet up with friends as we had previously planned. “This tour itself was great. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very nice! She spent the entire day with us, answered many questions and showed us around. The train ride was absolutely beautiful and I definitely recommend going on the Glacier Express.
